Frankfurt offers so much to see. From the European Central Bank in the east to the Höchst district in the west, from the Alt Sachsenhausen pub district in the south to the Johann-Wolfgang-von-Goethe University in the north.
And the great thing is that all is within walking distance from the city center - except Höchst (there the tram or S-Bahn is recommended)

A walking tour through the suburb Höchstt, whose town center survived World War II without major damage. We'll visit the Schlossplatz square with its many half-timbered houses and Höchst Castle, the oldest part of which was built in the 14th century. From there, we'll continue to the "Battery"—the banks of the Main River and walk along the city wall to the Baroque Bolongaro Palace.
Ein Rundgang durch den den Stadtteil Höchst, dessen Ortskern den 2. Weltkrieg ohne grössere Schäden überstanden hat. Wir gehen zum Schlossplatz mit seinen vielen Fachwerkhäusern und dem Höchster Schloss, dessen ältester Teil im 14. Jahrhundert erbaut wurde. Von dort geht es runter zur "Batterie" - das Mainufer. An der Stadtmauer gehen wir entlang zum barrocken Bolongaropalast.
Aussichtsplattform - Observation deck Main Tower
Auf Wunsch begleite ich Euch auch auf die Aussichtsplattform des Maintowers. Bei schönem Wetter hat man einen fantastischen Blick über die Stadt und Region.
