I'm Norbert, and Frankfurt is my city.

I know the classic sights, sure – but what I really love is telling you the stories behind them.

Why does Frankfurt look the way it does today? What makes the city different from other major German cities? Where are the little quirks that are easy to miss? And where would I personally send a friend visiting Frankfurt for the first time?

That's exactly what I want to show you.

My tour isn't a history lecture, and it's not a walk where you just trail along behind a flag.

We walk through Frankfurt together, I tell you stories, you can ask questions — and if you'd like, I'll also give you a few personal tips for the rest of your stay.

Toshi's not quite up to speed on Frankfurt's history like I am.

But he is an absolute expert in: walks, breaks, and giving everyone a friendly hello.😉

Römerberg, Römer, Paulskirche, Kaiserdom, and Frankfurt's reconstructed Old Town (Neue Altstadt).

We take a look at Frankfurt's eventful past and how the city was rebuilt after the destruction of World War II.

🌇 Frankfurt and Its Skyline

Frankfurt is different.

Medieval buildings, modern skyscrapers, and a skyline you won't find anywhere else in Germany.

We'll also take a look at the city's modern side — and of course there will be some great photo opportunities.

📸 Small Corners and Special Places

Not everything worth seeing is in the big guidebooks.

Along the way, there are always small details, hidden corners, and places worth a closer look.

💬 Stories You Won't Find in a Guidebook

Frankfurt isn't just made of buildings.

It's the stories, people, quirks, and sometimes curiosities that make a city interesting.

And my tour has plenty of those.
